The car brought to us was in good condition . IT was neat and clean - AC was working properly and so was the music system . Upholstery of the seats was good as well.
I was booked by Mr Jagdish Raval who loves clear Car Rental. However Drop to Cochin Airport from Thrissur aprox 30 km was charged 3000 which was rather high for swift dezire. Yet driver was sensitive and contact previous evening and due to bandh came early morning 5 a.m.
The driver was of understanding as told by travel agent, the expense of his stay to be beared by the customer, where in clear car rental had stated in the quotation this is included in the cost. As driver had not made prior arrangements I had to pay this expense.
