Service was prompt. Using this portal for almost two years now. There was a bit confusion on the vehicle and driver's name but was sorted out. Better to go by such portal, than by a travel agent because in case of any problem a second vehicle is arranged from a different travel agent.
The driver was punctual, courteous. The car was clean from inside as well as outside. The booking process was hassel-free, although, some destinations do not appear in the booking form online, leading to some confusion. Overall, a good experience. Would recommend it to everyone.
