I boarded the car at 7.45 pm from Mangalore and reached my destination almost 20kms ahead of scheduled distance but I was charged extra 250 rupees as driver's charge + 50 for toll booth fees. In short charged 3182+300. Kindly return the excess charged amount.
Firstly a big thanks to Clear car rental! The driver picked us up at the right time & dropped us safely at our destination,i was provided with all the details of the car rental with re confirmation a day prior! Would definitely recommend clear car rentals for a hassle free travel!

While I can give excellent rating to your team booking orders, their follow up and promptness, I have suffered heavy extra charges to the tune of Rs 1000 due to the driver taking the much longer route, even though the destination points were same. This is an unethical practice.
