Hassle free experience with CCR. Before starting the journey I got all the details of the car and driver. But I had to call the driver half an hour before as I didn't get any call from the driver which was unexpected. But after that All were good. Driver was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot.

I've changed the pick up timing from 8 to 6.30, which the driver was not informed about. There was a communication gap. Still, driver managed to make it to my place by 8 with hardly knowing my address. Apart from this, everything else was fine.
