I had booked a car for my dad who was travellimg alone. Driver pickedup dad from the airport and dropped back after the visit to Omkareshwar.
My dad was very happy with the service provided.
Car arrangement and contact with the driver etc was very good. Driver was very courteous and helpful.
Things to improve : the bill provided by email is very confusing. Inspite of making the entire payment, the bill shows a balance amount against it. This should be corrected.

Having made the booking online & not having any information or knowledge of this Car Rental, I was sceptical of the outcome. But I was very much elated with the Professionalism & service. Good car condition, professional driver. Only one mistake on my part. Did not take start meter reading.

I found the process to book the cab very easy. The driver was very reliable and we got constant updates like Driver Information etc. in time. Mr Yogesh (from Clear Car Rental Indore) personally took care of ensuring that all arrangements are perfect.

It was a sudden trip and office could not arrange a cab in Indore. By searching online I came across this site. I must say it was a pleasant surprise and a great experience even after reaching there. Driver was on time, KM reading was properly recorded and the vehicle condition was very good.
