The updating of the cabs details by your staff was commendable. My only fault is not knowing Hindi. On the other hand driver was not understanding a bit of english. He drove very safely and behaved nicely. This time also, driver was consuming paan ( chewing tobaccoo). Not good for his health.
We had a very pleasant and stress free journey for the four days the car was booked for. Everything was very transparent and there were no hidden charges. I will probably book again if I havve to travel to multiple cities again.
