We had requested for a car from a garage close to home. Although the driver came from 30kms away we spoke to cust service and they resolved the issue very amicably. We had a very good experience with Clear Car rental and would use it again
Round trip to shirdi from Navi mumbai. Happy with entire service.
Only thing i was told that car will be sent from nearest place around 10 km but i got the car from Mulund-Mumbai, whichis 50KM from my place so i end up paying for 100KM. I hope next time CCR will take care these type of things.

There was a little confusion regarding billing but same cleared later on.
