"Feedback on my Varanasi-Allahabad car rental experience "

The booking process was very convenient. Adequate details were provided before the start of the journey. However we had to face some discomfort at Allahabad after the sangam bathing, when we were not able to locate the driver. While the car was there, the driver was not there and did not respond to repeated phone calls. He came after more than an hour after we had complained to Rental Service. The drivers need to have better discipline in these matters.
I am highly satisfied with driver, arrival & safely dropping us back and guiding us to the right ways. The correct information on the distance and timing is not provided to us at the time of online booking however driver was nice enough and guided us accordingly. very happy with driver and his driving skills. He drove us safe and always kept a check on the speed.
Driver Shyam is very good driver with sense of humour. He is very co-operative and very friendly. My Kumbh mela-2013 trip is very much successful because of your driver only; he also acts as a guide. Thanks of your service. See you soon.
i was in jamshedpur while i had booked the car for a guest of mine in varanasi, the overall service was very good, i called the customer service nearly five times in a day and all the times i was kindly helped and my problems solved, the customer care executives are very courteous and so was the driver, car condition was very good (as told by my guest) . These people were very professional which i liked.
also the rent here was lot more cheaper as compared to other similar online service providers.
i will definitely use this site for future whenever i need.

Great customer service. The driver was there waiting at the airport. Rather expensive but was very convenient. However, he got a little lost at the end of the trip and I had to be picked up!
