It's of the best car rental services I have ever opted for. Great drivers and services. Just had problems in connecting with the driver iat drop location. But overall an an amazing trip. Will surely try it again for future trips. The rates were also good and it made the trip very easy and nice.
Misleading site. The site displayed 183 kms as distance however it was more and therefore I was charged 6300/- even though I travelled from Chandigarh railway station to Mandi main market only.therefore a misleading site
The rest was good but the only thing that was annoying was it was not mentioned anywhere that we have to bear the driver's expenses. Plus the kind of unnecessary advise he was giving was just not acceptable. Also the same trip was offered by a local driver with a lesser fair.
good service. we were met at the airport by a placard holding driver. unfortunately our car developed problems in shimla but the response of the company was excellent and a replacement car was provided immediately. overall we are happy with the service provided.
CAB was excellent - Clean and upgraded from Desire to In nova without any additional Cost.
Cab Driver was very nice and co-operative - he helps lot and we enjoyed the SHIMLA Trip.

My Swift Dzire AC for six days was upgraded to Innova. Driver was very decent and had good control over car. No over speeding.
Cons- They switch Aircon off in hilly area on the pretext that there is pressure on engine. ??? Now a days even a Maruti 800 can run on AC in hilly area. 2 stars less for
