The date & place of pick up alongwith contact details of the driver & also registration number of the vehicle was communicated on the previous day by phone as well as SMS. Also the driver was available alongwith vehicle at the point of pick-up without any delay. The taxi was also properly cleaned & there was no mechanical problem with the vehicle during the entire tour period. Also the behaviour & skill of the driver was very good & he was also very friendly with me & my family including my kids. I was really satisfied with the services provided & shall avail the services of Clear Car Rental in future also.
Single journey made from Chandigarh to Palampur. Driver came about 15mts late to the airport at Chandigarh. He was friendly and journey was smooth. Distance quoted was 245km, however actual distance turned out to be 295km, Paid difference in cash. Driver demanded night charges which we are doubtful about. Driver was not aware of 829 Rs already paid & wanted full payment for 295km, however he contacted his office & clarified this matter.

We have traveled from Chandigarh-Amritsar-Manali-Shimla-Chandigarh. The car was in good condition with excellent service from Satnam (driver). He guided us in many ways in our tour. It was a very good experience with Clear Car Rental.
Booked this online and received a confirmation etc.
Landed in Chandigarh, not expecting much. And was surprised with the quality of customer service.
All enquiries were handled politely and quickly. Great driver and a free upgrade of the car.
A pleasant trip and will definitely use CCR again
Booked for a full day tour of Chandigarh.
CCR was 25-30% cheaper than all other companies.
Once again, driver was there on time and had a great experience driving around touring the city.
I booked the return journey separately and requested the same driver as well.
CCR were helpful and coordinated the whole thing. The driver arrived a little past midnight for our 8 am departure.
Am very pleased and will continue to use CCR whenever I visit India.
