booked the car more than 10 days in advance- was given the cab details at the last moment.
We had a package tour Package, Hyderabad -> Warangal -> Nagarjunsagar at 2013-07-05 with Mahindra Logan AC and I enjoyed really lot with my parents and the driver was really decent and well behaved and good clean car too
The car provided and Driver were excellant. Punctuality in time, very decent driver, well behaved and well mannered. The charges were also very reasonable.
I was satisfied with the service that was provided by your rental service. Especially the behavior of the driver was notable and praiseworthy. However, the condition of the car had to maintained as that would have helped to reach the destination much earlier than it took apart from the traffic jam. Also the internal ambience of the car was average as the car was not well maintained. It is just because of the driver's behavior I would prefer your rental service and if the car would have been in good condition the journey would have been much more satisfactory.. However kudos to Mr. Jasheed the driver of the car...
Although the booking was for AC Indica, the Driver put it on only for about 50kms or so even after asking him to 3-4 times. On being told this on completion of the journey, he started arguing and tried to call us liars. This was unacceptable behavior from the driver.
Also on the return journey, he drank beer even after being forbidden from doing so.
