Booking experience and confirmation very good. Reminder and vehicle and driver details prompt. Vehicle reporting very good. But pick up point coordination at airport very bad. Driving quality and route awareness good. Courtesy good.
Driver was good and even we were provided Etios rather than a Dzire.
Just wanted to check, drive took extra 20km money from us over and above the package of 500kms.
