When you assign a cab to someone for a fullday or half a day rental then you should also think about garage distance from the customer's pickup point. I was assigned a cab whose garage distance was 30KMs away from my pickup point. So 30*2 = 60KM is just wasted in an 8 hours 80 KMs package!
Late pick up from hotel. Toll taxes was asked to be paid by me by the driver even though it was mentioned that prices were included in the total fee which was already paid online. Plus extra charged saying it was 22 kms more even though we were dropped off 11 kms short of Jhargram town...Jitushole.
