Overall it was good and satisfactory. Driver was very good at his work.
But still need improvement in services. I requested a Mahindra Xylo, and even after confirmation, they sent an Innova. Also, communication mail and car details should be quick as I recieved the mails very late.
Vehicle arrived punctually at the appointed time. Car provided was in good working condition. Driver a nice bengali gentleman was quite courteous and helpful.
This was my first experience with Clear Car rental ,Facility Provided was excellent in every respect. I recommend Mr.Munir who was my driver for the two days as a very business friendly driver with a very good knowledge of the City Roads.My Best wishes to you .
I was very impressed with the service, facilities, car, excellent driver (Raju Saha) for one day local trip car rental with Clear Car Rental in Kolkata.
Car was brand new, less than 1000 km driven, very clean and most interesting thing is to have such a wonderful driver Raju who knows Kolkata well.
