The prompt booking acceptance and car delivery was really appreciated. However, the driver attitude could be better. Not willingness to go to location is a serious problem when travelling outstation.
The overall experience would be average due to this.
Driver just sits and does not help with the operation of the back seat of Innova. The mechanism is hard , we expected his help. He just sits and tells us what to do...

Had a great experience booking with clear car rental. Driver's behavior was really good. Driver just didn't new routes for sight seeing and had to use navigation for that. Overall Service was amazing that made the trip memorable.
Driver not wearing seatbelts at all times. Had to request to start the AC after 3 hours into our ride. Continuously speaking loudly on his cell without headphones or blue tooth. Didn't stop even though we wanted to have tea and use the toilet. Very unprofessional look and behavior. Needs training.
