Good cab has been arranged. The cab has come on time. I am satisfied with these.
However, we felt the cab driver was impatient and was not ready and happy for anything extra or deviation, apart from the standard route or the main route which was initially communicated to him.
The innova car was in good condition. The only drawback was that the driver Srinivas knew only Kannada and could not speak any other language. So communication was a problem. Other than that, no issues.
The customer support experience was great. Ketki was very professional and helpful and explained all details clearly. The driver, ShashiKumar was puntual, also was very helpful and maintains a neat car.
