OVERALL TRIIP WAS GOOD EXCEPT CHANGE OF VEHICLE AND DRIVER AT THE LAST MOMENT . DRIVER HAS LITTLE IDEA OF ROUTE AND LOCAL SIGHT SEEING LOCATION,NEW TO THIS SEGMENT OF TRAVEL.HOWEVER,I MUST APPRECIATE THE BEHAVIOR OF THE DRIVER WHICH WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND CORDIAL.VEHICLE CONDITION WAS ALSO OK
Customer care is good but the driver is not an expert in driving. Pick up is delayed by an hour which delayed the entire trip by more than 3 hours due to Bangalore's peak traffic .

No issues with service, quality. Cab arrived in time, was clean, in good condition. On 4th day, there was a cab breakdown but was replaced by another within 40 minutes. Issue was with Billing at final settlement as vendor and driver were unaware of booking site, advance payment & total bill agreed
Booked a Innova from Benglore to Mysore - Ooty. Cars reached on time to pick us up, Car was pretty new and Driver was good. Payment was as per terms decided. It was a comfortable trip. Driver agreed the routes on request. Overall my Exp was very good and I would recommend it to others.
Thanks to driver Manjunath this was seriosuly awesome trip.Manjunath knew all the roads and spots to be visted. Also he had good sense of humour and kept us entertained throughet the journey and if your driver has above all qualities there is no reason for trip to get spoiled.
