Its very good trip and driver was drives very safely.But I suggest you to that please provide option for choosing no of seats required, .At the same time please provide exact car which is requested .Even though that is not much problem
for travel. This is best for Out Station trips.
It was a good experience. How ever i found certain points which can be improved.
1. Punctuality - Trip time was 6:00 AM in the morning however driver reached at 7:00 AM in the morning.
2. Driver's driving skill - Driver was continuously on call and was driving with one hand which i feel is risky.
We got the car at airport. Its driver told us that AC belt is not working and he dropped us at a mall and went for repairs. After chasing and after we gave details to CCR, he came back but AC not working. We finally got a replacment. CCR needs to take care
