A different driver and car came than what was written in the SMS and we had to take that. The actual driver Sagar also called 1 hr after scheduled pick up time so there was confusion.
I had specifically requested for clean car in good condition. But the car sent was average, unclean and seemed old
I booked the cab last minute for travel locally in pune. I did check out other options as well but their rates were competitive. The service was nice and timely. Will recommend to others as well.
