The overall service provided by Clear Car Rental is really excellent. However, the factors of cleanliness / hygiene of both vehicle and driver assigned need further improvement. The Air conditioner of the vehicle had severe intermittent cooling problems despite sincere efforts put by the driver.
We had taken a Tata Indica AC car for our trip from Pune to Alibag and back for 3 days...it was a nice experience with a courteous driver who took us around in Alibag and near by places. The condition os the car was good...the only downside was that the driver drove very slow on the entire journey.
At the outset, I would like to acknowledge the punctuality and the quality services provided by the “Clear Car”
The only reason for providing average rating for “value for money” and “vehicle” – condition of the vehicle was not very good.Rest I am happy.Henceforth I would surely contact Clear Car

Car was well equiped with vedeo and other stuffs. It worked out well for us. Everyday the car was cleaned.
Driver was good. knew every place of tourist interest. need not had to go around searching.
The driver was well behaved and reached on time for pickup. He knew the local places well and we were on time for every place which is very important for business traveller
