The car as well as driver, both were good. There were no problems during the tour. Also, the pricing is reasonable and at par with other similar companies.
However I feel it's the Transport company duty to provide a proper navigation device and not expect the Passenger or Driver to find their way around the big city with crazy traffic

I'm happy with your communication and the process of booking. But disappointed with the service request from you. e.g didn't get the driver who can speak simple English and didn't get the car as promised. Anyway driver Rupesh Patel try his best to communicate although he couldn't speak English.
