Recently I booked a car for two days from Mumbai-> Dahannu from 11th to 12th June 2016. The booking was made via internet with Clear Car Rental.They had good prices and the website was easy to use.Car was clean,driver was Excellent,inshort experienced was good for me.
We ordered a xylo but got an innova instead. But the driver was very punctual and sincere.
But the customer service is what I find is very poor. We tried calling support 4 times but could only talk with a representative once.
Though we are living in Mumbai for last 22 years but somehow missed visiting Matheran. This 2 day outing and stay at MTDC Shruti vilas AC

Everything was good but the information for the vehicle make was wrong I was told that the Indigo will arrive but what arrived was Swift Desire with the same number.
