The overall experience was smooth.
The only minute glitch was the fact that the driver details which was supposed to be sent an hour ago was delivered only before 15 mins, but nevertheless wasn't much of an issue. The driver arrived dot on time.
The service provided was good.
Driver, Ravi was very cordial and helpful.
However, the car provided was not Swift Desire.
It was some variant of Toyota.
