THE CAR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION, THE DRIVER REPORTED PROMPTLY IN TIME. DRIVING WAS SMOOTH AND AS PER SCHEDULE. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WEB SITE IT IS TO BE REVAMPED DRASTICALLY AND BE MADE USER FRIENDLY.
Booking with CCR service is good. The service of Mr Rithik in guiding me to the vehicle details and making an interaction prior to arrival with Driver Aamir and making him send vehicle photos really satisfactory. The driver Aamir and cab and his services were just really good. Keep it up.
The overall service from booking till trip completion was good except the payment option which I was made to pay in cash even after informing upfront that i would like to pay online by credit card which was agreed by clear car rental services.
